2009 British Open – The Virtuoso Cup

In July 2009 the British Open will return to the Ailsa course at The Westin Turnberry Resort, Scotland. Still the world’s biggest golf event, the entire focus of the world’s golfing media will be on Turnberry for this great event.
The Virtuoso Cup 2009 gives you a unique opportunity to follow in the foot steps of the world’s greatest golfers only a few days after the British Open. This event is sold exclusively through the Virtuoso network with our partners at Wilde World of Golf.
The Virtuoso Cup will take place from August 2, 2009. A preview of the program is:
• Following arrival on August 2, practice rounds available on the Kintyre course followed by welcome dinner inn the Clubhouse and a chance to meet your hosts.
• A chance to play one of the other British Open venues in Ayrshire. Royal Troon, venue for the British Open in 2004, or Royal Prestwick, venue for the first British Open in 1860.
• The Virtuoso Cup will be played over the Ailsa course, venue for the 2009 British Open, and the Kintyre course, qualifying course for the 2004 British Open.
• Four nights accommodation at the 5 star Westin Turnberry Resort, Scotland.
• Unlimited practice facilities at The Colin Montgomerie Links Golf Academy and 9-houe Arran course.
• Three dinners including an informal barbecue and gala dinner, Virtuoso welcome and amenities.
